Cho Oyu

Cho Oyu means ‘Turqoise Goddess’ in Tibetan. It is the 6th highest mountain in the world and some think the 'easiest' 8,000 m peak because of it's proximity to the Nanga Pass (5,716 m) and the generally moderate slopes of the northwest ridge route. Located near to Everest and Lhotse in the Khumbu region of Eastern Nepal in the Mahalangur Himalayas.
