Delivery and returns
Product information
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may look different on different monitors. Didits are screen printed and varnished. The gold and the silver are metal inks.
Exact colors and sizes are:
• Climbing: gold, white and black; size 32 x 32 mm
• Cycling: silver, white and black; size 42 x 24 mm
• Trekking: silver, white and black; size 26 x 44 mm
Thickness: 50 microns. Weight: approximately 0,06 gr.
Payment
All transactions are processed in EURO (€). Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the price displayed for customers purchasing from within the European Union.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
Delivery
Mostly, we ship orders twice a week. On occasion this might not be possible. If for any reason it is important to receive the didit within the week, please let us know. Please allow a big maximum up to 14 working days for delivery.
Returned items
If delivery of your order has been attempted unsuccessfully the package should be held at a local post office or collection centre. If not collected within a set time the package/s will be returned to us, this is usually after 14 days. We are happy to resend packages which have been returned to us, however we ask the customer to pay the additional postage incurred in resending the package.
Refunds
If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any part of the goods please contact us within 10 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 30 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred. If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement right away, however in some rare cases it may not be possible to supply an exact replacement, in which case a refund or exchange will be offered. Please include a note or letter containing the following information:
• Your name, address, and email address
• Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
• A list of product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)
